BASIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE TRAINER

           

1. BIPOLAR JUNCTION TRANSISTOR TRAINER [TTT-01]                             [TOC]

It consists of transistor circuitries to study the characteristics of a transistor

      

  One Transistor provided with 3 terminals (E, B,C) are terminated at connectors

  3 Separate circuits are provided for common base, common collector & common emitter configuration with required points are terminated at connectors

  Now, the connectors are interconnected to setup one of the following experiments.

  Experiments :

     # Characteristics of Common Emitter configuration

     # Characteristics of Common Collector Configuration

     # Characteristics of Common Base configuration.

  Two variable DC voltage source (0-15V) DC

2. UNI JUNCTION TRANSISTOR TRAINER [TUT-03]                                      [TOC]

  One UJT provided with 3-Terminal (E, B1,B2) are terminated at connectors.

  Circuit diagram provided with required points are terminated at connectors.

  Patching connectors are provided.

  Two variable DC voltage source (0-15V) DC

3. FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR TRAINER [TFT-02]                                       [TOC]

  One FET is provided with 3-terminal (G, S, D) are terminated at connectors.

  Circuit diagram provided with required points are terminated at connectors.

  Patching connectors are provided

  Two variable DC voltage source (0-15V) DC(0-15)V are necessarily to conduct the experiment.

4. DIODES STUDY TRAINER MODULE [TDT-04][ 35 ]                                     [TOC]

This trainer consists of PN-Junction diode and Zener diode to study its characteristics. Variable regulated power supply will be provided. Tunnel diode also can be studied
