1. Mechanical Setup
In this setup linear translation is accomplished by directly coupling the motor shaft with string & pulley arrangements for Ultra smooth and vibration free movements.
2. Programmable PID Temperature controller with Thyristor Unit
  • Temperature Range : 0-550° C / 0 - 1200° C
  • Measurement Resolution : .01°
  • Accuracy : ±0.1° C
  • Input Sensor : K type thermocouple
  • Control : Intelligent PID control with built in Auto tunning facility
  • Control mode : Set Point/Ramp/ Soak / Hold mode
  • Program Segment : 20 segment with Ramping /Soaking with 0.01° C Resolution

SCR based Regulator for furnace temperature controller
  • Two Nos of SCR with proper Heat Sink and Snubber circuit provided.

  • Suitable firing circuit provided to vary the 0-180° firing angle

3. Translation Unit
Programmable micro controller based stepper motor control drive for translation
  • Translation rate : Programmable from 0.001mm/hr to 50.000 mm / hr

  • Micro stepper drive : 400,000 steps/revolution(default) 200,000, 100,000, 50,000, 20,000,10,000, 5,000, 2,000, 1,000, 800, 400,200 steps \ Revolution selectable using software.
  • Control mode : Manual Fast/slow mode for positioning & lifting the AM Poule
  • : Programmable mode:0.001mm/hr to50.000mm/hr selectable through operator interface.
  • 4 Line Alphanumeric LCD with key provided for operator interface
  • RS232C/RS485 Interface for computer connectivity.
4. Furnace
  • Single Zone Resistive type
  • Temperature Range : 0 - 400°C
